This product is certified organic flax oils. Every bottle is made by putting whole flaxseed into a cold expeller press and squeezing the natural oils out of each flaxseed.
This ensures quality ingredients and that no nutrients are lost during the extraction process. Flax Oils have the potential to lose it's nutrients during the cooking process, so using heat to extract the oil could potentially damage it.
A rich source of Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA) which is a fatty acid that provides much the same benefits as Omega 3s.
