Zen Supplements Protein -- Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

You've seen those delicious protein cookies at the store in the nutritional area or sometimes at the register. Tempting you as you wait to checkout. They are really delicious and I am guilty of tossing more than a few in the my cart.

Zen Supplements Protein -- Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  1. ½ cup butter, softened
  2. ½ cup peanut butter
  3. 1 cup packed brown sugar
  4. ½ cup white sugar
  5. 3 eggs
  6. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  7. ⅓ cup water
  8. 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  9. 1 cup powdered Zen Supplements Protein Powder or Bone Broth Protein Powder Use Chocolate or Vanilla flavor for extra WOW!
  10. 1 teaspoon baking soda
  11. ½ teaspoon salt
  12. 1 ⅓ cups semisweet chocolate chips

Step 1: Get the oven preheating to 350 degrees.

Step 2: Pull out your favorite all-purpose mixing bowl, you know the one that you always use. Mix the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth. Crack in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla and water. Combine the flour, protein powder, baking soda and salt; stir into the wet mixture. Fold in chocolate chips. Forming a heaping spoonful drop the dough onto un-greased cookie sheets.

Step 3: Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the 350-degree oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes then move them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Step 4: Sweeten up your day by “power” eating one of these protein packed treats.
